Shipping Policy
All orders to the UK over £25 will be shipped with a five-working day delivery free of charge.
We also offer a tracked shipping option for £4.99 which you can select at checkout.
Unfortunately, we have had to pause shipping again to Ireland. The cheapest parcel carrier (DPD) is £15.20 for a small parcel, and we've had reports of people also needing to pay customs charges on that side of the border. Our goal has always been to get people access to products more cheaply than shipping themselves from the US - but being honest, it's just not currently feasible with Irish orders from the UK.
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Return & Exchange Policy
Whilst we're still a small shop we'd greatly appreciate it if you didn't take multiple pieces of the same item to decide between sizes. It prevents others from accessing the merch and given the pandemic, we'd prefer to not be increasing our touch points wherever possible.
However, we endeavour to offer an exchange or refund, excluding shipping costs, on all orders returned back to us within 14 days of receipt, providing that all packaging and labels are intact.
Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion, but we're nice - we'll do what we can to help.
All items that are returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition, including any packaging and swing tags.
If any item is damaged, soiled or altered this may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
